- General supportQuestions about playing Predixn — predictions, tokens, rating, duels, leaderboards, or anything that does not fit the other routes.
- Login or account issueTrouble signing in, a password reset that did not arrive, or a question about your account. You do not need to be signed in to use this form.
- Privacy or data requestAsk for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask a question about how we handle it. A person handles every request — there is nothing automated behind this form.
- Report abuseReport behaviour or content that breaks the Community Rules. Reports are handled privately and the person you report is not told who reported them.
- Technical bugSomething in Predixn is broken. The more precisely you can describe it, the faster it gets fixed.
- Security vulnerabilityCoordinated disclosure of a security issue in Predixn. Read the security page first — it sets out what is in scope, how to test, and what we do and do not promise.
