Something in Predixn is broken. The more precisely you can describe it, the faster it gets fixed.

What to include

  • Steps that reproduce it, numbered.
  • What you expected, and what actually happened.
  • Your device and browser.
  • Please do not include passwords, tokens, or anything from a reset link.

Never send a password, a session cookie, a password-reset link or payment details. Nobody at Predixn will ever ask for them, and anything you send here is stored.

So we can reply. We do not use it for anything else.

Numbered steps someone else can follow. This is the single most useful thing in a report.
