1. What Predixn is
Predixn is a skill game about football. You predict how matches will end, you back each prediction with virtual tokens, you follow the result live, and you earn a rating for being right. Nothing more than that.
Predixn is not a gambling service. There is no real-money play, there are no deposits, there are no withdrawals, and there are no cash or redeemable rewards of any kind. Tokens are a scoring mechanism inside the game and nothing else.
Where a prediction shows a difficulty multiplier derived from published odds, that number scales how many rating points a correct prediction is worth. It is not a monetary calculation and it never produces a payment.
2. These terms and who they are with
Predixn is operated by ID GROUP LTD, a private company limited by shares registered in England and Wales under company number 16722536.
By creating an account or using Predixn you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not create an account and do not use the service.
These terms are published in English. Where the product is offered in another language, the English text is the version that governs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to hold a Predixn account. This is a product decision made because the game is built around predicting sporting outcomes, and we would rather be conservative about who plays it than argue about the boundary.
You confirm your age when you accept the compliance notice during registration. We do not run identity checks, so this rests on your declaration. If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we will close the account.
You must not use Predixn if applicable law where you live prohibits your participation in prediction games.
4. Your account
You need one account, and it is personal to you. Do not share it, do not sell it, do not transfer it, and do not create additional accounts to gain an advantage on a leaderboard or in a duel.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else. We store only a one-way hash of your password and can never read it, which also means we can never recover it for you — we can only help you set a new one.
Your username and display name are public. Your email address is not, and is never shown on a public profile.
If you believe someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and tell us.
5. Tokens
Tokens are a virtual, in-game scoring resource. They have no monetary value and no real-world value.
Tokens cannot be bought with money. They cannot be sold. They cannot be transferred between accounts or given to another player. They cannot be withdrawn or cashed out. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, prizes, goods, services, vouchers, gift cards or discounts. They cannot be used to enter a lottery, raffle, sweepstake or prize draw. They cannot be exchanged for any other item or benefit having monetary or real-world value.
That list is not a statement of policy we could relax quietly. Every one of those routes is absent from the product: there is no code path that moves tokens between two accounts, none that converts them into anything, and none that accepts money for them.
You receive tokens by playing: a starting allocation, daily top-ups, and rewards tied to activity in the game. We may adjust the amounts, the schedule and the rules that govern them as the game is balanced.
A token committed to a prediction is returned in full if that prediction is voided — for example when a market cannot be graded safely, or when a match does not finish in a way the system recognises. Voiding never changes your rating.
Because tokens have no value outside the game, a token balance is not property, is not a claim against us, and does not survive the closure of your account.
6. Predictions, grading and rating
A prediction is locked when the match starts. Predictions are graded automatically from the final result once the data provider reports a match as finished with a score we recognise.
If the market or the outcome we hold is not one the grading system recognises, the prediction is voided rather than marked incorrect. This is a deliberate safety rule: unrecognised data must never cost you a result.
If a match is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, or if the result is later corrected by the competition organiser, we may void or re-grade the affected predictions.
Your rating is derived from your graded predictions. Leaderboards, divisions and seasons are all built from it. We may recalculate a rating where grading was wrong, and we may exclude an account from leaderboards where we have evidence of manipulation.
7. How you must behave
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and sets out in full what is not permitted. In short: do not abuse other players, do not automate the game, do not manipulate ratings or rewards, do not attack the service, and do not use Predixn for anything unlawful.
8. Restriction, suspension and closure
If we believe an account is breaking these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, we may restrict what it can do, suspend it, reset a rating obtained through manipulation, remove content, or close it.
We aim to act proportionately, and for anything other than a clear and serious breach we would rather ask you about it first. Where we act without warning it will be because the breach is serious, ongoing, or puts other players or the service at risk.
You can stop using Predixn at any time. There is currently no self-service account deletion in the product; if you want your account closed or your data dealt with, use the privacy request route and we will handle it manually.
9. Sports information from third parties
Fixtures, live states, scores and difficulty multipliers come from a third-party sports data provider. We validate what we receive and discard anything malformed before it can affect grading, but we do not control the source and cannot guarantee that it is accurate, complete or timely.
Predixn is not a source of sports information for any purpose outside the game, and nothing shown in the product is advice of any kind — sporting, financial or otherwise.
10. Advertising
Predixn shows advertising, and some optional features let you watch an advertisement in exchange for tokens. Advertising is how a free product stays free.
Advertisements are served only into placements declared in the product, and categories we consider incompatible with Predixn — gambling among them — are blocked in code rather than by policy alone.
An advertisement is not an endorsement. Your dealings with an advertiser are between you and them.

11. Intellectual property
Predixn, its name, its interface, its code and its content belong to ID GROUP LTD or to our licensors. You may use them to play the game and for nothing else — no copying, redistribution, framing, resale or derivative service.
Club names, competition names and team badges belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification.
Content you post — a display name, a message, anything shown to other players — remains yours. You give us permission to store it and display it inside the product so the feature can work.
12. Changes and availability
Predixn is an actively developed product. Features change, and some will be added, altered or removed. We may also suspend the service for maintenance, or stop offering it entirely.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Live match states in particular depend on a third-party feed and can lag or gap.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will make it visible in the product rather than only updating this page quietly. Continuing to use Predixn after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Each published version of these terms, of the Privacy Policy, and of the virtual-token declaration shown at registration carries its own version identifier. When you create an account we record which identifiers were on screen at that moment, so it is always answerable which text you actually agreed to rather than only when you agreed. Changing any of those texts means issuing a new identifier — an existing one is never repointed at different wording. Accounts created before we began recording this carry no identifier, and we do not assign one retrospectively.
13. Our responsibility to you
Predixn is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we do not give warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that grading and sports data will always be correct.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of virtual tokens or rating, or for any loss arising from a third-party data provider being wrong. Since Predixn is free to use and involves no payments in either direction, there is no purchase price to refund.
14. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
15. Contacting us
Our electronic contact address is contact@playpredixn.com. Write to it about the service, this agreement, or a complaint.
There is also a form for each subject in the product — support, your account, privacy, abuse, security, advertising and partnerships. A form gives you a reference number and gives us the context we need to help, so it is the better route for anything specific; the address is there for everything else, and for anyone who would simply rather write.
Privacy correspondence has its own address, privacy@playpredixn.com, and security reports have theirs, security@playpredixn.com. Using the right one is not a formality: they reach different people.
